I recall a story on the local news about a woman who went to a doctor to have butt implants. The doctor it turned out was a quack and he wasn't even licensed or qualified to perform these procedures was injecting cement into the woman's buttocks. The so-called doctor was arrested, prosecuted and imprisoned.
