As we've seen in the court of law, just because you 'get off' doesn't mean you didn't do Just as being sent up the river doesn't mean you actually did do it People are still being set free after new evidence shows that they're innocent, which is truly sad Especially when you find out that the person convicted was done so off of little to no real evidence
Life without parole. Now the question is where they will send Dunn. He may go straight to Florida State Prison or Marion County Correctional Institute, which is a stone's throw away. Or perhaps one of the newly constructed institutions in the State of Florida. If he goes to Florida State Prison, he's going to want to be in the Protective Custody Wing(V-wing is where anyone who wants to get away from someone in the general population in the prison. The often eat all three meals after the general population eats and the V- Wing population is small). Dunn will be alone in the dark; literally and figuratively. He'll probably will be raped, beaten up or killed inside. He doesn't know when or where it will occur. Dunn will have to keep looking over his shoulder until he dies in prison.
Well, the jury probably didn't believe in the death penalty. But prison life will be like a day in hell everyday.
Fine if ur more concerned with the harsh (and it will be) treatment of this fucker instead of trying to save money when there isn't any to be wasting, be my guest
To me spending life in jail....real punishment. It will drive u crazy Think on it. When u was in hs u could nt wait to graduate. Now think that u would never graduate and u wake up everyday with the same dumbass everyday
Ok so ur more worried about this guy suffering instead of worrying about the structures in place that are suffering due to lack of funding #whocaresigraduated
Yep he need to suffer. If u are talking money....free mary j users and sellers (give em a business license and tax em)
It's going to be interesting to watch this fold out Are corner hustle boys going to go out of business when people have access to regulated, kosher marijuana, or are they going to offer discounts like with bootleg movies
I'm not concerned about what Dunn is going to go through because I had worked in FSP. He is going to suffer one way or another. Dunn may survive if he is met by members of the Aryan Brotherhood, KKK and others if they are around. Or racist correctional officers protect him(there are some racist officers in the institutions). But I do know what he will encounter if he is sent to FSP. The death penalty is politics. And on Death Row, inmates pretty much get almost virtually whatever they want to eat. My sergeant at the time served Ted Bundy his last meal(Bundy turned the meal down and my sergeant ate it). Before the state ruled that "Old Sparky" was considered too extreme and inhumane, an inmate died that way after a few years inside until the Governor commuted the sentence. Ted Bundy was giving an interview in the dining hall at FSP with a Christian television program. He talked about what inspired him to kill. He blamed it all on pornography. And during the interview, a phone rang and he hoped it was from the Governor. It wasn't. I had heard a story about Bundy's time in FSP. One story involved the group of guys who were having a gay orgy and they didn't want Bundy to join them. Bundy cried and howled all that night. These are some of what Dunn will go through in prison. I do not envy him at all.
