Obviously bliss knows more about the boys feelings than his grandfather

How much coercion is involved when two hot white girls want to have sex with you?

If them bitches looked like Barbara bush and Rosie o donnell, that might be believable

There is a line of thought in modern society that says boys and girls are exactly the same and should be treated as such. Even though that line of thought defies logic, fact and centuries of the male teenage experience.

Teenage boys want to have sex with almost any female that will let them. We don't fantasize about marriage or love. We fantasize about being the hero (sports, comic book, action, etc ...) and having sex. That's it. You can't rape the willing. We do not proccess sex with an older partner the same way the average teenage girl does. No one has to coerce us.

Oh wait, my bad. It's 2014. This is the new age of male feminization so that can't be true. And, all of our collective sex filled fantasies involving some hot adult woman never happened when we were teenagers.

You have to realize that some people object to teenagers having sex period

Considering other states have lower ages of consent than LA, it's really not that bad unless ur just a stickler for following the law

The only crime here is students being involved with teachers, which is a universal no no across the country

    Seriously

If the boy was 17 and the women weren't teachers, I'm still sure ud find people willing to crucify them for 'robbing the cradle' or for having a taboo threesome, as if it's any business what consenting people do in the bedroom

That had me chuckling for a good 3-5 minutes afterward.

I can't lie, other than passing classes and skateboarding, the ONLY thing I thought about at that age was S-E-X. I don't think the teachers' actions were appropriate, mostly because of the position of authority that they held over the boy, but I would have done anything to have two attractive women when I was 16. Literally. Anything.

It is obious Bliss, the attractive female teacher will get a slap on the wrist. If the court are entirely women who are mothers of sons then, they will be treated like a male teacher.

Of course there is a double standard. There should be. Teenage boys and girls are different in a lot of ways. Our laws should reflect that.

Exactly!!! Who the hell is the victim here? You'd be incredibly hard pressed to find someone his age who wouldn't practically jump at the chance to be with that woman.

Either we embrace equality, or we don't.

Giving women lesser sentencing for committing the same crime, is tantamount to treating women like children.

God, I hate to sound like a conservative prick, but this is what happens when we have women's views on these issues becoming the norm and the basses for policy. It's just not based in fact. I call it the "mamma's baby" effect.

Don't get me wrong, I don't think women are beneath men or should be relegated to second class citizen. I just feel they are wrong on this issue. This is where I part company with my liberal brothers and sisters.

Thump, we know that girls procces sex at that age differently than boys. That's a fact. Our laws should reflect that.

What needs to happen is these things should be evaluated on a case by case basis. It should not be one size fits all.

But, as we learned from my other thread, a lot of woman want to be treated like children in the eyes of the law.

    100% AGREE with you, Thump.

A former teacher from Barrington was sentenced to probation and home monitoring Thursday after pleading guilty to sexually abusing a Mundelein middle school student in 2010.

Nicole Jacobsen, 43, was also ordered to remain on the sex offender registry for the next 10 years, and to have no contact with the victim's family or with West Oak Middle School, where she was working at the time. She will be on probation for 30 months, 18 of them on home monitoring, Judge Victoria Rossetti ordered.

Jacobsen was a teacher who worked with learning-disabled students at West Oak when she was charged with fondling a 14-year-old male student in a classroom May 13, 2010, after a volleyball game.

An investigation was opened after the boy's older brother found messages on the 14-year-old's Facebook account between the boy and Jacobsen, including one from the teacher that read, "I love you and can't wait to see you," officials said...

Ok lm from a different school system. Middle school is high school anywhere else in the world.

Middle school is usually 6th and 7th grade. Totally different than high school especially when comparing an eighth grader to a senior. He'll I would have a bigger problem if it were a senior and an eighth grader.

A big fat cosign to all of y'all. As much as I hate the sex offender registry there's no better use for it than a teacher who has sex with students. That's a prime example of predatory behavior.
