He harassed a black family years ago and tackled the woman when she tried to get to safety . . . it was on CNN this week. She looked like she had been hit by 2007 Mercury Mountaineer . . . all bandaged up in a wheelchair with a neckbrace and arm in a cast and shit. Her husband and son were also abused by this very same cop.

The state settled out of court she said on CNN . . . her take on this incident is that getting out of the car is no assurance of safety where Hammond, IN cops are concerned
