What are your thoughts on this guys? I personally think it will be over-saturated with gold diggers, sugar babies, ho's, sugar daddies, and tricks.

There are all kinds of online boutique dating services, this is no different. You cut down on golddiggers and other perpetrators by charging a hefty fee for membership. Netropolitan uses a similar litmus ($9,000) for joining its site.

 

Good. Hopefully all the self-centered superficial people will flock to that site and leave the other ones alone.

This sounds legit.

 

Years ago, there was a woman who taught a class for people who want to marry rich. She had been twice married to millionaires and was on talk shows like Donahue and Sally Jessie Raphael. One of her keys to success was not so much acting rich, but trying to look the part. She often attracted millionaires by going where they would go and driving a decent car(she drove an old Corvette). Many in the audience thought that the woman was a sham and trying to scout out potential fortune hunters(her class was expensive to enroll in).


Montell Williams had on a few female fortune hunters on his show. One of the ladies stated that she could spot a millionaire a mile away. Well, Montell set the ladies up on a date with some millionaires and everything went along swimmingly. The women were chatting and drinking with the men. Then the women came back and talked of their evening. Montell brought the millionaires to the show and it was revealed that these "millionaires" weren't millionaires at all. They were ordinary guys with ordinary jobs(like a waiter, a plumber, a hair stylists, an accountant and a firefighter). One of the men was married and another was gay. When questioned about their thoughts on the evening, one of the men stated, " She was nice until she started talking."
The women protested. Montell threw the statement about how one woman could spot a millionaire a mile away back at her face. That was classic.


I am not at all surprised that there would be a dating website for the rich(after all, the rich are also busy people who, despite their wealth, are lonely). And it is sure to attract the fortune hunters of all ages.
