I didn't understand the skate. A mistrial isn't innocent. The man was guilty from the get go. They all agreed on most of the charges but had an issue on definition. Of course, this won't be talked.

When I worked at Florida State Prison, I met a former member of the Aryan Brotherhood. He didn't quite cut it so he had to leave the group by going into protective custody. He had a swastika on his left earlobe. Aryan Brotherhood are often in the general population and they are few in number. Usually, a few is enough to start from. But, I had seen more black inmates than white inmates in FSP at the time.
