Walmart 'Gunman' Witness Changes Story

I saw the video. The police never gave him a chance. Those ass holes went in there and shot the man dead. The DOJ needs to make an example.

He's minding his damn business, and the next second he's laid out.

The cops, in the way they crept showing in the outside footage, indicates whoever called 911 set the tone of the events. They were understandably doing their job and can not fault them.

However once inside, did the cops who had the advantage of ambush, even give warning to/for him to put the gun down? I mean seriously, the young man was in a non-threatening position, was facing the shelf, on a cell phone, in a fricking pellet gun aisle when he was holding the toy gun...did they even deduce that and factor in some logic here?? Complete waste of this poor guy's life.

These dudes have the advantage of Walmart security to identify the suspect, the use of the public intercom to tell the suspect to put the weapon down and both cops are wearing tevlar vests.

Once they entered that Walmart they were in kill mode, not conflict resolution.

I would love to find out who called the police and what they said.
If it was a customer, why didn't law enforcement confirm her story with store management??

If it was an employee, again why not confirm the story??

It's not like he was in the checkout line holding this rifle up to the cashier.

Sorry but if that kid was White, you can't tell me something back in the minds of those cops wouldn't have kicked in and made them think maybe it's not coincidence this guy is casually and in a NON-THREATENING WAY walking around with what looks like an assault rifle on the sporting goods aisle.
Like maybe it's not an actual lethal weapon??

Why didn't someone try to communicate with this kid before deciding he had to be put down??

We're all we got, if anything the recent Ferguson case has taught me is that black people for the most part are on our own.
