This reminds me of an episode of Criminal Minds where the BAU team find a kidnapper who fed his victims to his hogs(who were omnivores and eat anything). This guy looks like he had a day with Satan and he filled his head with all sorts of crazy ideas. He has no remorse whatsoever. Like it was said in the film 30 Days Of Night, "You don't harm your family!" But this has been going on for a long time. I think back to the time Marvin Gaye's dad shot and killed him because he wanted to show him that he was still the man in the house. This is so sick.

Cases like this make it hard to decide whether to support or oppose the concept of capital punishment. It'd be heart-breaking to see innocent people falsely accused of something be put to death for a crime they never committed, but I don't want my taxdollars spent to house/clothe/feed ruthless child abusers/killers like the guy mentioned in the OP's article.
In Miami, a young woman was murdered and stuffed in the trunk of her car by her ex-boyfriend, who with his mother, fled to the Keys and killed himself in a standoff with police. It is sad to say that this heinous crimes was motivated by opportunity, among other things and the fact that he felt that no one should ever have her. He's getting spit-roasted in Hell right now.
