FYI: This thread was created to honor those who lost their lives and to serve as a reminder of the impact that day in history had on this country and its citizens. Everything I have posted in this thread, even those images prior to the attacks, represents not only remembering what was lost, but remembering what it was before it was taken away from us. Whenever I see those images, whether they are 'before' or 'after', I always think of all the people who died or lost loved ones that day, and it reminds me that life is precious and too short and uncertain to be taken for granted. This thread is NOT the place for conspiracy theories, anti-government sentiment, jokes, or any other form of disrespect for the dead. If that is all you have to offer on this topic, please refrain from posting in this thread. Thank you.
My intentions were not to disrespect the lives that were lost on 9/11/01. That day was a a tragedy and when reminded of that day I can still hear the loud sirens and chaos. Just like you have the right to post pictures of the after effects of 9/11 to honor the deaths, I have the right to post images of "conspiracy theories." But to honor your wish, I will refrain from posting images of "conspiracy theories." I believe it was an inside job and I will stand by my beliefs.
Perhaps start another thread to discuss your beliefs on this matter, when it comes to conspiracy theories, I think Penn and Teller said it best, "Watergate explains all of this". Meaning, the government could not cover up a covert break-in to a hotel office, there is no way they could cover up such a tragic event of this scale.
I appreciate that, Raudi. I know no harm was meant so no need to ask for forgiveness. :freehug: Thank you for your willingness to respect my wish that posters keep the thread on topic by keeping true to what the thread is intended for; it's greatly appreciated.
