What the first thing someone would notice about you?

People tend to tell me it's my eyes when i choose to use them well. I have beautiful eyes, this I know, but I also am on the asperger's side of the autism spectrum. Eye contact scares me till I get to know people. Plus I have ridiculous hearing, kinetic and emotive capabilities so my eyes get lost in the shuffle sometimes.
