Small Pleasures

I agree but mine are all teens so I can't do that anymore

 

My heart will hurt when my kids don't do this anymore. I see it already starting a bit with my daughter (9)...she's very independent and a complete daddy's girl. My son though...all about his mama :heart: When the day comes that he doesn't want to hold my hand or give me kisses or chill on the couch with me watching football...:smt089:smt089...I don't even want to think about it lol.

 

The feeling of getting off work on Friday afternoon, especially on a pay week. Getting in your air-conditioned car and driving away knowing full well that you've got the entire weekend off and you don't have to see or think about that building or any of your co-workers until the following Monday morning.

Summer hours...we get of early on Fridays ...I feel the same way about weekends

 

My little man is 11 and is a thinking feeling boy, so I'm lucky enough to still get kisses, cuddles, hand holding and I love yous. I'm a very lucky mumma
