They had a Cup run worthy of any team in the competition. The US is finally playing international-level football. I am extremely proud of their accomplishments.

With Neymar out, I'm picking Germany to win it all.

I'm going with Argentina, especially after the way they mixed things up in terms of formations, coped with the loss of Di Maria for the attack early in the match and ran a tight ship defensively.

Argentine is a good bet too, no lower than second place if they don't win it all. We shall see.

2nd place at a bare minimum. I don't think Brazil is going to make it to the final, sadly. They seem to be so hung up on Neymar's absence that they can't get past it. Argentina seems to be a doing a better idea of using their star player, not to make all the goals, but as a great target to sucker defenders into focusing on him, leaving a couple other threats wide open. Brazil isn't doing that nearly as much.

    Brazil lost 7 to 1

Fuck me, that is a fucken nightmare , unbelievable

The Brazilian team lost the game before they even enter in to the field. They were so down about the loss of their two top players.
That should’ve served them as a motivation. Instead, they came out crying unprepared. How come such a big football team forgot it’s all about the team? Giving up in such a way is embarrassing.

Nah, but Germany is consistently good and they seem to train very hard for their competitive position in the World Cup. After today, I don't see how they lose with that offense. Damn.

truly, i feel very sorry for brazil, but god, the german team kicked ass... :D

there is a very old quote, and this was the first time in a long time that i would agree on it again.
it s from gary lineker and he said : : "Football is a simple game; 22 men chase a ball for 90 minutes and at the end, the Germans win."

Argentina is winning this cus Destiny is follwing them. In 1986 a short left footed genius who was tyhe best player in the world and wearing No.10 and capatining the Argetine national team led his team to win the World Cup against Germany. 28 years later a short left footed genius who is the best in the world and wearing No.10 and captaining the Argentine team will win against Germany:cool:

Ha. that's so bold. My German/Austrian friend ALWAYS TOUTS Germany as the leader of the world in all things. Must not show him this quote! :p

    Shots fired!
