baby dies in hot car- is father guilty

you heard the story....do you think he honestly forgot?

should he be found guilty?

 

He Googled it beforehand, just like that baby-killer Casey Anthony did with chloroform.

He then lied and said his son had just been choking, when he had been dead for hours from hyperthermia.

 

I hate reading stories like this "seems to be alot of them"
When I strap my baby in her car seat, I would never dream of leaving her in the car while I went off to do something.

If you're smart enough to write your own name, you're smart enough to know not!!! to leave babies strapped into cars in hot weather or any weather for that matter.

 

Utter stupidity. Just plain old stupidity. He should be guilty for his actions.

nothings going to make that kid alive again. he is guilty for any reason.

i know what stress can do to you... and it can make you forget a lot of things, i lost a bunch of things over that, umbrellas, handbags, my purse- but damn, i never forgot one of my babes.

He actually went out at lunch to "put something in the front seat". (claims he didn't see his son) Obviously he went to see if the baby was limp yet or not.

My bff and I were discussing this last night and she told me that she had read that while his son was dying, he was sexting naked pics of himself to several females, and one even was suspected to be an underage girl....that he researched 'how to survive in prison" .

This is why that 11,000 signatured online petition to free him from arrest was hasty. The cops told them to back off with their pressure - that they had a duty to investigate - so when they leaked details to shut them up, the petition was shut down because the Parents helping Parents group were left with egg on their face.

Can't understand someone planning the killing of their 22 month old baby. They raised that child for damn near 2 fucking years, only to leave him to practically suffocate in a closed up car. I just don't understand how on earth someone could do that. The father deserves to die. And if the mother was involved...kill that fucker too. So tired of babies being murdered because people decide after the fact, that parenting is a bit too much responsibility for them.

 

exactly.....if they decided i dont want to be a parent then just give it up for adoption.
