Real House Husbands of Hollywood is doing wonders for these washed up dudes. First Robin Thicke now him

 

I don't think that Boris Kodjoe is washed up entirely. He still acts in productions like the Resident Evil films. And who knows? He may even get picked up in a Tyler Perry film or tv show.

 

Just hope there is good love scenes on some of those episodes.

 

I remember Poppy Montgomery in the film Life with Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence(her scene was brief in that she had an affair with one of the inmates who was the star baseball player and had gotten pregnant with his baby).

And the miniseries Marilyn. It was a introspective on Marilyn Monroe's thoughts and feelings about her life and career. She was very good in that role.

 

It's obviously being put in just to create tension with the man she will eventually get with, but it should still offer some interesting opportunities.

 

Neither guy was washed up and the entertainment industry doesn't take its cue from a BET show like RHHoH anyway. Kodjoe has always been a viable would-be TV star, especially for a procedural cop show. He now has a gig on what is essentially a summer season series (when it first made its debut it used to actually air during the REAL portion of the TV season but now it is a castoff drama that the network hides away in the least important period). That's solid but nothing to exactly brag about for Kodjoe. Thicke had been a steady R&B standout for years but finally got his breakout mainstream hit thanks to a song handed to him by Pharrell. The BET show had little to nothing to do with what's going on with them now.

Of course if you were merely making a joke all along then, well, ignore this post.
