lets see were not you the one throwing bw under the bus not too long ago in this thread and along with others?
were you the one saying you shouldnt be forced to pay child support (be responsible) for a child (when you produce a kid...no matter with who that child is black)? so you dont want to be responsible for a black child thus you are contributing to the destruction of the black community.
you defined yourself by your rhetoric and actions.

    100% truth. :smt023

Yep, that would take care of the pregnancy concern as well. And, if a man who doesn't want to chance pregnancy is scared of the 'snip snip', then maybe he should date either sterile women or other men.

The problem is that a kid is not a car or a house. If someone decides to lease or to buy one of those- than you are right, this person has to take responsibility herself/himself. A kid is a human being and pregnancy is naturally. No one can force a woman to abort/ to stop her pregnancy, just because the point of time doesn't seem to be right, now. Luckily there are laws and what a man thinks about this isn't important, at least in Western Europe.
You know, you have to pay for everything in your life, why not for your own blood..

Sterilisation is a good thing, if someone doesn't want to have kids.

I don't know of its because you're women or because some of you already have kids but you don't see how incredibly one sided your position is. If things don't go according to plan you have the option of either aborting my blood as you see fit because it might not match your life plans regardless of how I feel or you can force me to financially support your decision to have a child whether I want one or not. So basically I either accept I'm at your mercy or mutilate my self by "snip sniping"
So much for being equal partners huh

Parenthood is not for everyone. You cannot "try" parenthood. It is a lifelong process. And it doesn't stop when the child becomes 18, or even when the child leaves the nest, gets married and has a family of their own.
I tell guys that if they intend to be a dad, BE a dad. It isn't about paying less in taxes because you have these children, it is about being a big part of their lives through love and guidance. And, most important of all, a child changes everything. If a man doesn't want to be a dad, get a vasectomy or make friends with condoms. Condoms will safeguard your manhood from disease and your finances.

If a woman you're in a long-term relationship happens to get pregnant unexpectedly, then chances are, she'll keep the baby because at that point you SHOULD have had a discussion about whether or not you both want children and when.

If it's someone you had a one night stand with, then yeah, if you aren't ready to pay for the baby, then don't have a one night stand.

It sucks for the men in those situations, but the only way to guarantee (and even surgeries aren't fool-proof) you don't get into those situations is by not having sex with a woman you don't want to have a child with.

Like they say, life isn't fair, TDK. You sleep with a woman, you "make your bed" and whatever happens, you have to lie in it. It's that simple.

It's got nothing to do with being male or female...it's called biology, babe. The reality is if you don't want there to be any chance of pregnancy, all one can do is avoid doing the thing that causes it. That's just one of the risks involved with sex. Like anything else in life, we are responsible for our choices and the consequences of those choices. Whether or not it works out the way we want it to or how we think it should is immaterial, because real life (or nature) doesn't work that way. Sometimes shit happens in life, and we have to deal with it whether we thinks it's fair or not.

What you state is 100% accurate, just the facts of biology and Roe V. Wade. What men can control, and where they can exercise their power is up front by being VERY selective about who they choose to have sex with, and ALWAYS using more than one form of birth control. The law is stacked against men if a man finds himself in an unwanted pregnancy situation, even if he is tricked or some other fraud is committed, it does not matter in the eyes of the law. The life altering financial and legal implications for men caught in that situation can be devastating.

This is exactly why it is SO VERY important for young men to learn self control and to NEVER allow hormones to override sensible thinking, and distract them from staying on a productive, life bettering path.
