    Iggy can't touch any of the real female MCs, past or present...she's as annoying as Nicki Minaj and her voice makes me cringe.

    As far as the Golden Age of hip hop goes, it's definitely a subjective thing. As many of you know from my posting history, old school is my favorite.

    Didn't Nicki Minaj & Lil Kim allegedly have beef with one another because Minaj was claiming she was a far better rapper than Lil Kim was in her prime or something to that effect? Or was that just some behind the scenes bullshit to hype up Nicki Minaj in order to sell records?

    Essential, kim felt that nicki was her carbon copy without atleast giving (kim) proper respect. Nicki felt she was as original as can be and shot back by claiming that the beef was kim's solemn attempt at renewing her limelight.

    I gotta give Iggy her props. Think about it, a blonde Australian girl into hip hop that managed to carve a career out of it is not easily done. You have to really love the music and commit yourself to it to make a career of things.
