double standard: jim irsay colts owner busted for drugs

well jim irsay owner of the colts busted for drunk driving and having drugs in the car has yet to be punished(if im not mistaken) but how fast would a punishment come if a player done the same?

example a player go punish for taking drugs to impregnant his wife. wtf?
