Couldn't see an injury advice thread here, so thought I'd create one. Advice needed!! I've major pain in/around my internal oblique on my right side, from doing one handed, one legged push ups on my toes at training this morning. Core is weak from 2 c-sections (last one 9 years ago). Cannot lift legs off the ground from supine position, not sit up (need to be pulled up by hand). Raising right arm above head or leaning backwards is also a no go. Anyone know what I can do to work it out? Thanks
Ouch. It sounds like you need to go to the hospital. The first thing to come to mind is a possible hernia...you need to get yourself checked out to see what's going on. I hope you feel better soon. *hugs gently*
