So we have another mass shooting and nothing will change regarding our gun laws because Congress fears the NRA and voting backlash from white males who drink Budweiser for breakfast.

OK, with that out of the way. The investigation is in its preliminary stages but if the details hold up a college kid apparently killed six fellow students in Isla Vista, the community surrounding UC Santa Barbara. If you google "Elliot Rodger" the rationale behind his actions will be explained in a seven minute video that he posted about being rejected by women.

If you recall, George Sodini killed three women at an L.A. Fitness in Pennsylvania (2009) for similar reasons, even going so far as to admit feelings of emasculation from the notion of black men having sex with white women. Hmm.

Sexual frustration alone cannot tip someone over the edge. No there has to be some serious mental health issues at play, but consider the peril once male resentment, sexual frustration, and handguns are mixed together. Christ.

I think that quote applies here. I do think that a firearm is an added appendage, an extension of a person who spends a lot of time with firearms. However, a firearm is a tool designed to hurt, maim and kill people. The person who uses a firearm is holding the power of life and death in their hands. That is not a power to be taken lightly. This is a power to be understood and respected.

well, from the vid i saw on the news, he complained bout fat ugly guys are able to get women and he cant.
you can lift weights all you want but if you cant mack (socially, and romantically talk and carry yourself) you will never ever get the wonderful experience of holding and loving a woman.

lifting weights and getting paper is a very good thing to do...it gets you the attention but if you cant mack then you are fucked. its well know very wealthy and famous men get hookers.

this kid was from a well to do family, kickass car and was going to a good school...still couldnt get play.
the other problem i can guess was that the girls he was trying to get more than likely had money too so they werent impressed by the shit he had....so he had to know how to mack and he couldnt.

This thread isn't about "macking" which I am fairly certain that boba and goodlove know nothing about. You aren't going to mack your way out of severe mental illness and the need to hurt others. Have some fucking sense.

 

Well I can only speak to my own situation and all I can say is if you ask most women who talk to me offline I am as charismatic as they come, well educated, and pretty positive. However until I started losing this weight and landed this awesome job I can honestly say I was not an "option" for most women I would encounter. Even if they gave my former fat ass half a listen when they heard what kind of job I had and saw my lame ass car GAME OVER. It's really interesting how my circumstances have changed and my dance card is pretty much filled every weekend. Every time I hear about confidence people forget the key component YOU HAVE TO HAVE SOMETHING TO BE CONFIDENT ABOUT. If you don't have your financial game on point and body point expect to live a long life of women you don't really want but will date because they want you. Here endiths the lesson. *drops mic*
