Missing Malaysian Plane...mystery

Not far fetched at all. The families may never know the full story, especially if investigators can't recover the black box.

I found this thread on Page 3 of the News Section on this forum.

No extensive coverage from CNN, no daily briefings from Australia, no BS stories from Malaysia, no screaming and crying from Chinese family members of the passengers.

It's like the plane never existed...............................

 

because they can`t find nothing, what is the point of talking about that everyday if nothing is changing? also they need to keep it fresh for the `` breaking news ``

 

We've been hearing about it pretty regularly in Australia. Latest news is they've given up surface search altogether. Still looking underwater apparently.

I listen to the BBC on NPR and hear daily about the rescue updates in Aus. They are currently scanning the ocean floor now, 400 mile radius so far... (also, UK publications I read are still covering it).

 

Not really sure what for, other than closure. Nothing much to be gained from finding the wreckage now.

 

So I will assume the American media has abandoned the story.

The reason the plane needs to be found is it will confirm if there was a unique catastrophic malfunction that aeronautical engineers never thought of. They will then have info on how to redesign these planes in the future.

Right now they are redesigning black boxes and satellite communications for these planes.

Finding the wreckage will tell us if foul play was involved.

No plane means that this can happen again, with you on board.

 

It took two years to find that French? plane that went down in the Atlantic Ocean.

When I got onto the internet this morning, my homepage is MSN and the first thing I see is an article about the Malaysian plane - though the headline read that they were telling the families to go home.

It will likely take months, maybe years, before they find that plane, if they haven't found it by now.

 

What made that French flight different was they knew there was some sort of malfunction as soon as it went down.

This plane did a whole bunch of shit for hours before officially disappearing and nobody to this day has a clue if it was a malfunction or foul play or what.

Nothing personal. It just amazes me how people can write things like this off, but make it a personal crusade to get answers and results on dumbshit.

Theres more to the disappearance of this flight than what has been reported.

There are too many unknowns dealing with what happened, who actually was on the plane, why the US Govt is so silent on a American produced aircraft disappearing, along with supposedly American citizens on board, why the Malaysian govt is playing stupid and a list of other things.

we have 200+ people who have just vanished without a trace. When was the last time that happened (excluding natural disasters)

It doesn't matter, that's my point. Planes go down yearly this shit is no different. There are much more pressing matters than to be distracted by this shit. The people on that plane are dead and the plane is gone. LET'S MOVE ON NOW

 

I know it's been on for a long time, but if that was my family member on board, I would be wanting the media to intensify, not cut off, their reporting. Seriously, I was waiting to see them turn up as hostages of a Uyghur terrorist organization being executed for Chinese territorial aggression.

 

repping you for this...I am right there with you on this one...this is a HUGE deal and not just to the families...200+ people went missing POOF in the sky...this can and will happen again..it is very important that we find out as much as possible before it happens again...I find that here on the forum there is a myopic view into what is important around the world in news...we seem to get stuck in a whirlpool with no end in sight
