    The article missed a doozy...

"..On Nov 15th, 2013, Jackson mentioned to several co-workers he was afraid to speak to a girl on the D-Train that morning. In response, Odowd told him "we totally need to get you fucked everyday!"

She also asked another male worker how to give a blow job to another man. SMH.

As off-putting as it is when a horn-dog male comes on hot and heavy, it's even more putrid when an on-heat female does, particularly since sexual harassment is a common problem for women, so these two crass, classless females are beyond appalling to me.

I would be careful to dream of a better life, when your boss can handle with you as she wants. Normally, they know pretty well, how to keep you in the line, by tricky contracts or presents. It has something to do with power, they want to control their sex-toy, that's their sexual arousing. And all they give you, you will lose immediatly as soon as you aren't willing to play anymore, or she is bored. And her friends, be sure, they know, what's going on, so I cannot imagine that they are willing to support your carreer

Real talk right there Since. Dude doesn't look like the kind of cat starving for pussy that he will fuck anything. As hard as it is to believe some men actually have discipline and standards.

His case sounds very strong in the details and management being notified but not taking him seriously and just saying "man up"

Exactly dude was trying to be a professional black man and not a walking, talking, hyper-sexualized Mandingo stereotype, that only thinks about a quick nut.

Even comments on the Daily Mail website can't believe a black man turned down sex from 2 white women.

    Ditto!
Regardless of which gender a person is, if they voice that they don't want what another person is trying to get out of them, that should be accepted and respected.

Very good points Beasty, she could say they had a sexual relationship, it ended and everything afterwards is sour grapes.

Precisely, you have to be extra careful in a work environment as a black man. Not every brotha appreciates the stereotype of any hole is a goal and black men will mount anything, like stray dogs on the loose.

She is out there for sure, saying that kind of stuff in a job environment.

It is always too good to be true when women in charge can make or break a man's career. Sex has a lot of strings attached and lady boss can hold that over a homeboy. Great in the world of fiction but,not in real life.

I really got the impression that the guy must be gay. The girls were distasteful and he probably wasn't the least bit attracted. He's filing a law suit...acting like a big girl.

    Makes sense to me.

As I stated before, if he didn't want to have sex with them, he should not have had to. End of story.

But, the rest is just words. It's like having a co-worker or boss who is rude to you or you just don't like that person. What do you do? You figure out ways of "handling" that person. You don't whine to your boss. You just figure out how to get along with that individual and do your job in spite of the annoying co-worker or dickhead boss until something better comes along.

That's how the workplace is in the real world. Everyone accepts it and they deal with it. But, you throw natural human sexuality in and suddenly it's a huge issue.

Your boss can call you lazy, incompetent, degrade you in front of your coworkers and you'll not only sit and take it (if want to keep that paycheck) but you'll work harder to get on that boss' good side. But, let his or her greasy troll lookin' ass ask you out more than once and suddenly you're too traumatized to carry on and the only way you can be made whole again is if the courts make your employer give you large sums of money.

As I stated before: if you're work is tight and you get fired or otherwise treated unfairly because you won't sleep with the boss or anyone else you don't want to, then you should sue them into bankruptcy if you can. But, anything less than that is just words and should not be considered harassment anymore than your boss calling you lazy.

The work wold is a harsh arena. Either buck up or start your own company. Or, just stay home. ...lol

Amen. Folks need to tune into Investigation Discovery Channel to see how crazy things can get when the brief sexual fun is over and shit hits the fan, like one of the people having a partner already and dealing with that aspect of it, stalking, resentment that one no longer wants the other in the affair and even murder if the person can't control their emotions. That female boss sounded a bit cuckoo to begin with. Its all fun and games till someone gets hurt with real world consequences. :D

Sounds like that is what he is saying happened. Its already hard out here for brothas employment wise, the highest rate of unemployment in the country, no need to do anything to fuck your job security up and be left struggling out in the real world.

Now don't get it twisted I love dicking down a white chick real good, ya heard, its just that sex isn't everything, especially in your workplace realm. Time and place for that. Sex won't pay the bills unless you are an adult star. :)

No. It's the same way I don't believe a man can be raped by a woman, assuming she isn't sticking shit up his ass while he's asleep.:smt043

It's similar to some dude on a train pulling out his dick on a train and flapping it a woman seated across from him. That's a sex crime.

However if a woman is wearing a short miniskirt and no panties on purpose and a guy can see everything, technically that's indecent exposure but I don't know any man who would feel 'assaulted' or violated in such a scenario.

Men and women simply do not approach sex from the same social dynamic.

Sex is generally a win-lose proposition for most women.
However most men rarely enter into a sexual relationship with a woman worried about protecting their feelings.

Yes it's somewhat risky as a man to sleep with your boss. But if she's SINGLE and willing to grease your career outside the bedroom, I don't see the huge downside.
Longterm you probably can't work in the same office, but that's not the goal anyway.

I've seen more than a few women use sex very discreetly to advance professionally and at least a couple men use charm, flirtation and whatever else to gain powerful female allies.

The workplace is politics on steroids.

I still think dude could have spun this whole thing into a higher position or a better job.

EDIT: Read the lawsuit. Hugs. Flirting. Sexual convos about other dudes they've fucked. He didn't seem penalized in the least for turning these women down.

Then suddenly he started complaining and got fired, even though he said his two female supervisors commented on how good some of his other male colleagues looked.

If one of these chicks said keeping his job was contingent on his fucking her, that's something different altogether. But it never got that far.

IMO dude thought he DID have a plan to work the sex angle, but his idea was to use all that sex talk and flirtation as grounds for a frivolous lawsuit.

    Live and learn.

Sexual harassment happens for the same reason rape happens: it's all about control and power.

It doesn't matter if the victim is a man or woman.

If a man sleeps with his female boss who is sexually harassing him and they do it repeatedly, and then she fires him, he has zero leg to stand on if he wants to sue for sexual harassment.

The guy in this story did the correct thing in the situation.

Did you ever see the movie Horrible Bosses? Yes it's a comedy and fictional, but it's still appropriate for this conversation.

These women thought they could maybe compel this guy to have sex because of their control/power, but it still was all about their sexual attraction to him. They weren't sadists who were picking on him because they thought he was an easy target.

I just don't like it when people deliberately remove the SEX part from rape and sexual harassment. It's always at the bottom about sex. How you get from point A to point B is the problem.

What I don't get is if these women were flirting with multiple male employees and didn't get bent over it, why did he??

Just as a man I don't understand that.

I could care less what happens on the train or anywhere outside of work, but I am one of those people who NEVER mix business with pleasure. If my boss was a woman and did something like that then I would clearly tell her not to EVER do that again. The shit is childish and irresponsible, don't care about the reason she may want to have sex. This is the workplace grow up and treat EVERYONE with some level of respect. As a teenager I had sexual relations with women on the job and realized how silly it would be to do the same as an adult. No need to get that excited about fucking, pussy is not a new invention and will not go out of style anytime soon I promise.
