I don't think anybody ever said the happy ending in itself was wrong, unless there is a spouse. Between two concentual beings, its fine, as long as there is no third part getting hurt over it.

And for it to be a decent business practice, it has to be legal. It's not in the us. In some countries it is, and they pay taxes, nobody flinches an eye. I am totally indifferent to it as long as there is no spouse that don't want it to happen.

 

Well here's the thing legalization doesn't make something different from what it is for example porn isn't prostitution as long as there's a camera yet money exchanges hands for sex.
Marijuana is an illegal drug even though it doesn't cause harm.
We clearly have no problem with classifying things as we see fit regardless of actual function or intention.

in the US you have to have a license to work in the massage industry...i am not sure if it is by state like a cosmetology(if you move a new certificate is needed) license...this would be in a sports clinic or spa...the places where they do the jerk off is probably not licensed...

each state is different but a massage license does not come with out class work (anatomy) as well as practice ...in colorado you must log 500 hours before you pay to test out and get your license

 

I am rather sad that this isn't about the interracial couple on the show Happy Endings, but, it's fine.
