My beloved Cardinals took the title away from the Giants in 2011 and we plan on doing it again in 2013. Just sayin'

 

G'job, Giants!! Well-done. Alot of people were lookin' for an Orange-&-Black World series (Giants/O's), but we couldn't make it happen. Hopefully, next year will be a different story.

 

Can't wait for the season to start.

BlackDeniro, your boys were picked by SI to make it all the way to the WORLD SERIES!! Any thoughts about that? Agree? Disagree???

 

At the moment, I have to disagree with SI. The Nats are struggling right now and I think it has a lot to do with the pressure the media has put on them. Its hard to repeat what we did last year so I knew it would be much harder on us coming into this season along with having a huge target on our backs. 10-9 is not what I expected from these guys right outta the gate but the season is still young and i'm hoping they will get their shit together soon. On the bright side I do like my guy getting the SI cover. Bryce Harper continues to be in beast mode. That kid is something special I tell ya. But i'd like to know what you think about the Orioles this year. You think they got what it takes to get back to the playoffs? Btw That Chris Davis guy is a monster. The Rangers gotta be kicking themselves right now for trading him.

 

The Phillies always play us tough babygirl and you know that. They're a very experienced team who has been there done that. Im sure they'll be a factor in the NLbeast this year.:smt003

Yeah JZ brought his A game that's for sure. I was very impressed. Back to back 1 hit games from him and Gio, you can't ask for more. Looking at Kyle Kendrick stats so far this year, he has been really good. Trust me when I tell you if Halladay gets back to his old self, the Phils will be that dangerous team they always been. Have faith sweetheart.

LOL, well all was going good 2 weeks ago when I last signed in, however we did at least sweep the Marlins last week, which was sweet, but that 9th inning epic loss Monday to the Braves/Uggla was torture. Thanks Diekman :???:

I did see it when it happened... horrible!!! Reminded me of the college player whose femur cracked and popped out of his leg while he was running down the court..very gory.

 

Much respect to Yankees Derek Jeter's walk-off 'home-run' win last night that ended his incredible career at YS on the highest note possible. You couldn't have scripted it better.
