I gorged myself on dim sum in Monterey Park today! Awesomest dim sum restaurant around. Then I did boot camp for 2 h to compensate. Lol. It was worth it!
I bought it ($5.79 a pound), so I got 8 ounces and wish I got more. It looks easy enough to make, soak some seaweed and add your own spices. It really was delicious!
Mmmm, looks yum Salmon is so tricky to cook for me. Either you hit it with that right crispiness outer with soft inside, or it's just all soft and falls apart. I find it hard to season enough too. (I don't always want that soy-sauce/tamari flavor). IDK. I always feel like I need tartar or mayo to give it that omph. Yeah, so in other words, give us the damn recipe!
Bbq chicken and ribs... With some cornbread, coleslaw, baked beans, and fries from famous daves :smt118
Here's the recipe: http://pinchofyum.com/caramelized-salmon It actually looks pretty easy. I'm not great at cooking salmon either, Bliss, but I'm a bit of a wimp and don't want it remotely raw, so I overcook it every time. Suits me though
Light breakfast of yogurt, banana, apple and coffee. Going for a large Greek salad with gyro meat for lunch.
^^^If I eat breakfast, it's usually a yogurt and a piece of fruit. Today it was yoplait apricot/peach yogurt and a cutie Lunch is grilled chicken breast with sugar snap peas, red peppers and green beans. Mmm mmm mmm
Yum, you like kimchi too? Double turkey burger with wheat bun, light mayo, gilled onions, mushrooms and pickles. With a bowl of fruit and southern brewed sweet tea.
