Ladies would you ever do this? One husband, two wives

This is an unequal partnership. Polygamy most often to be found in poor and backwards societies where women benefit from sharing the finances and protection of the same husband, rather than being alone in the streets, and destitute. Each spouse gets only half the resources and attention they would otherwise get if they were the only wife.

I've had a very strongly ingrained sense of equality, fairness and justice in me for as long as I can remember even as a small child. I could never go for an arrangement like this. I find it difficult to comprehend how a woman, given options, would opt for this type of arrangement. I think this is why this is most often found in societies where women have fewer options.

Even though the women in this video are bisexual, which makes the "combined avaiable sexual resources" equal for all, the fact is that the children do not equally belong to everyone involved, because that one, folks, is as of today still a biological impossiblity (maybe one day we will splice the genes of three people together, until that day.....)

This particular unit in this video seems to be cohesive and happy, and 3 adults to 7 children is still a sane enough ratio to give the kids a decent upbriging, so I wish them the best. But it's not for me, lol.

What if one wife wants to divorce? How are the finances split up?

I'd be interested in having two husbands.... They could be mates, it would totally work. Any takers? :D

You reckon? I suppose it could be exhausting...

Actually, maybe I'd suit being a sister-wife. I could go off and do my own thing occasionally and not have to worry about leaving my husband at home alone!

I've contemplated that as a guy because after awhile even the best romance becomes work and the idea of sharing the load (no pun intended lol) seems attractive.

you know what in the abstract sure. Dealing with the reality of other guys banging out my wife might be tough. Too bad no religion supports that because I think you need something to support it for it to work.
You guys have Mormons in OZ?

You know what, I'm not sure about a resident Mormon population.. I'm sure there would be. But I know we get door knocking missionaries, usually sent over from America.

Yeah, I think without a solid fundamentalist type religious belief to go along with it, a "multiple marriage" would likely be disastrous. Probably the reason they work at all is because all parties are brainwashed

I have a hard enough time dealing with/figuring women on a one on one basis. Thanks but no thanks
