    I'm surprised a bystander didn't break in the car for the white guy....and buckle his seat belt on for him.

    LOL, a second later and the LAPD would have had helicopters overhead and called in the K-9 unit. They were on that brotha like white on rice in no time, guns drawn and everything. Damn.

    Meanwhile a squad car drove right past the white dude fooling around with the car and didn't give a damn.
