He who? Cause I don't subscribe to any 'he' who tells me what to do. Right? And rape was in there, too...murder.. the whole shebang. Not to mention, all those convenient parts of the Old Testament about women having to be quarantined during their periods, clothes of mixed fibers, haircuts, touching pigs... oh I could go on. But then, people say, we aren't supposed to listen to the OT! Well, you can't have your cake and eat it, too...either you're following the OT or you aren't, and if you aren't, STFU about your perception of the Bible and what it says about homosexuality. The thing is, in the USA, we have freedom of religion. We also have separation of Church and State. This means that we are not allowed to legislate based on someone's religious beliefs. So, if you subscribe to the Church of Sausage and Meatballs, and you become Governor of California, you DO NOT get to automatically change the legislation to match your beliefs. I do not believe in a 3500 year old storybook, or that some white dude with a beard is hanging out in the clouds, or that he had a magical white zombie son dropped in the middle of friggin' Africa. Please. Next you'll tell me that aliens exist and you can fly. That being said, logical conversations about the subject cannot be had unless religious beliefs are removed, because they are irrelevant. If you cannot tell us why you do not think gay people should have equal rights like straight people without quoting from said ancient storybook, then your opinion on the subject has to become irrelevant. Your belief systems do not negate the personhood of an individual and the concept of equal rights under the law. Ever. And I said 'you' as a general 'you', not actually YOU, paniro.
You don't get the snickers joke? Commercials all over tv dude Kenny g and plenty other have been in them
It doesn't bother me at all. I was just curious as to your meaning. It just seems like an odd image choice to use, unless you were trying to make some kind of point.
If it doesn't bother you, then why ask? Just let it be. Nothing is forbidden in the name of comedy. As long as you can make something out of it, nothing is off the table.
