Downton Abbey gets its first black character

Hopefully it doesn't end like Titanic. Also expect a lot of complaints on the Official Facebook Page

 

I saw the dancing scene when I was at one of the tube station in London. I look forward to more scenes.

 

Confirmed: that kiss scene will be in todays episode

 

A,tell us about it. I thought it would see the meeting of the couple on the first episode during my stay in London but,I could not watch it because some fools at the hostel wanted to watch something else and ITV does not repeat DA on their ITV2 and ITV3 channels which suck a lot.

 

They were on the boat, and Rose was telling Jack how much she missed him. He said he missed her, but he is weary of what their pairing could lead to. She seems a bit naive about it, then he mentions what her family will think of it. She then asked him to kiss her, he says he really wants to, they kiss, and thats the end of the scene. Only time he appears, next episode is going to be crazy. Branson see's them together, and Rose looks adamant of making their relationship work. If anything, Ross is being very cautious, but has deep feelings. My question is how far is he willing to go to be with her as she is with him...

I had a feeling I would see that episode either in Jan or Feb,2014.

 

Looks like there won't be a Jack and Rose for season 5.

 

I would not be surprised. It would be a fling.

 

He cared for her, but because of the time period he didnt want her to be harassed day in and out for being with him, so he called off the wedding. Unfortunate.

 

Disapointing but,I just wished it lasted a bit longer.

I absolutely LOVE Downton Abbey! And love the Jack Ross character but I am just hoping that his role won't be trivialized.

 

Wished Mr.Fellows brings Diddy as Jack Ross' buddy. Fellows and the cast like Diddy's take on the show.
