http://www.nbcwashington.com/news/local/Washington-DC-Gunman-From-Fort-Worth-NBC-News-223948451.html Killed 12. I hear the guy had roots in queens, ny.
I would have, but I was afraid to make it. It wouldn't bode well for myself on here if I made it. Didn't want to look like I was bashing all BM.
My goodness, I don't recall a time in recent U.S. history, that we have had such a continuum of mass shootings....... -----Demons working over time to make the government’s case that the second amendment needs to be done away with and population disarmed.......
The excuse: "I was cleaning my gun when it went off" is soo played out. Anybody stupid enough to clean a gun with it loaded should not be allowed to have one. How does that work anyway? You break it down while it is loaded? :smt104 Totally asinine.
Hell. I would not have been intimidated by the political correct police here. Yes, it was a black man who joined the list of whites, asians, hispanics etc... who committed a horrific crime. Black men can be mass killers, racists, criminals too. Don't let the race pimps bullshit you with excuses.
eh, the biggest "race pimps" of all are the ones who would convince you that black men are nothing but killers, racists, and criminals
As a true senior member here since 2003, you have to know the protocol by now......there is a reason why this thread is not getting any traction....Unless you want to be blacklisted as an obstructionist going against the grain, there is certain subject matter that is best left alone......I had a rough time in wwbm school, but I finally graduated.....Along the way, I saw other pupils who had to re-take classes like me,...one even expelled after several probations.........In the end, I learned, If you want to be a member of the family, you cannot be a hellion……..To prove a point, It is not worth alienating your self as an outcast……Understandings have been in place long before we got here…..If the ruling majority mandates that you leave it alone.......Save your self the grief by staying in good favor with the crowd ....leave it alone..........
Who said they couldn't but what this proves is there needs to be a heavier investment in mental health because he was military. So disarming the people would have done nothing to prevent this.
That's what I was thinking. Gang violence use to make headlines back in the 90s now that shit is business as usual. Everyone is so unattached these days.
I saw it but didn't post. I thought that it may offend the military folks. I didn't think about the racial issues. I mean the guy has petty officer in the article. any how terrible event.
DING! DING! DING! And why is his race even being focused on at all since it had nothing to do with why he did what he did?
and no one said that blacks are pristine either. That didn't stop blacktiger from suggesting that "race pimps" here state that blacks are pristine. I just pointed out that biggest race pimps of all are the people who have most of the population pimped to wit:
mass shootings are happening like clockwork. Alienated young men, isolated, adrift, with access to guns Wonder when was the last time this guy had a girlfriend? He reportedly was a practicing buddhist who would attend the temple and worked for a spell as a waiter at a thai restaurant. from cnn: http://www.cnn.com/2013/09/16/us/navy-yard-suspects/index.html "His last known address was outside of Fort Worth, where he was roommates for three years with Nutpisit Suthamtewakul, who described Alexis as his best friend. Alexis befriended Suthamtewakul four years ago after he emigrated from Thailand. Alexis taught him about American culture, Suthamtewakul told CNN. Alexis, he says, was fluent in Thai and attended a Buddhist temple. When Suthamtewakul opened the Happy Bowl Thai Restaurant, Alexis would occasionally help out, waiting tables, he said. The two were roommates until five months ago, when Suthamtewakul got married and Alexis had to move out. Toward the end, Alexis spent a lot of time holed up in his room, keeping to himself, Suthamtewakul said. On Monday, Suthamtewakul was stunned by the news that Alexis was said to be the shooter in the rampage at the Navy Yard. "I can't believe he did this," he said. "He never showed any sign of violence." Frustrations But there were signs that Alexis was unhappy. He was having a hard time trying to get on his feet, said Suthamtewakul's wife, Kristi. He helped out at the restaurant but not for pay. 'He was using this as an educational experience to help learn Thai,' she said. He enjoyed making deliveries to homes, where the language was spoken. He talked about moving to Thailand. But to Suthamtewakul, Alexis seemed 'frustrated with life.'" Reminds me of chris dorner in a way..
His quote suggests that the "race pimps" here dispute the fact that black men can be murderers, blah blah blah. That's what the duck I'm talking about, paniro. But anyway, this thread isn't about how you guys feel so intimidated and oppressed on a free-for-all internet forum. Sure wouldn't want to be next to you in a foxhole :!: Now enough whining about your issues. Do you have any insights on the subject of the thread?
This^ the shock value has worn off on these types of crimes because they happen far too often...to be honest I heard the story but where I am from news coverage is all about rescue/recovery after all the flooding...this shooting barely got a blip
I hope people begin to look for early warning signs and take mental illness seriously and focus on treatment. This was a terrible tragedy.
