Any sex-related infraction can land you on the sex offenders list, including indecent exposure in many jurisdictions. It isn't limited to crimes against children. You can get an indecent exposure citation for public urination, if you catch the wrong officer.

 

New York City all day fam. They do not play around with that shit here.

 

Giuliani and 'zero tolerance'?

 

I wasn't hanging out in the city during the Giuliani years thank God. This was around 2002 to 2006 when I did most of my heavy partying but I think it was a carry over because you would see squad cars roll up on a dude for peeing on the side of a gas station or something. And to be fair that shit wasn't racially biased at all in fact I saw way more white dudes getting tickets for that shit than anyone else.
