This cult of celebrity around him is sickening. But one caveat: look at who is celebrating him.

Imagine if O.J. Simpson had went to a cutlery store after he was found not guilty and posed for pictures with employees & customers in that store.........

That wouldn't go over well...at all.

I'm sure the media would give it more attention than fat george's visit.

Do any of you feel like some kind of race war is bubbling?

That was the whole strategy behind putting Obama in the White House.

Get white folks(and their flunkies) riled up.

yeah but the people actually voted him in so I don't really see a strategy there. And they didn't need him for that. A country with a bad economy fulfills that shit anyway.

It would have been attacked constantly in the press.

Watching him grinning like he's doing a victory lap is nauseating. Even if he was justified it would still be in bad taste.

A dummy like that will get his if for no other reason than being stupid about this shit and its going to hurt him big time come the civil suit.

no one likes a sore winner. Dude is making a victory lap on a murder rap. Those who sympathized with his supposed fear won't appreciate him gloating about the shit.

He looks like a guy who's going around collecting props for a job well done or some crap like that. And it speaks volumes about the people who would want a picture with him.

He doesn't even look like the same guy who appeared in court.
Back then his hair was grown out and properly parted, clean shaven and he was fat as fuck.

He looked like a wimpy ass punk marshmallow who ever woman on that jury probably thought they could whip in a dark alley.

Now, he's got the look he had the night he killed Trayvon; goatee, shaved head and he appears that he dropped about 25#.

If that dude was following me at night, I'm not thinking he's the friendly neighborhood watch captain who has only my best interests at heart.

It's so funny how his MMA trainer tried to paint a picture of Zimmerman being some athletic defective who 'couldn't even throw a punch.'

It may be 6 months. A year. 10 years. Ol' Georgie is going to fuck up again, but next time he's not going to come out shining like he did this time.

    You don't see the strategy??

Nothing polarizes a nation like America better than a Black man with PERCIEVED power.

The people voted him in BUT the people in POWER that financed him... the same banks and corporations that bankrolled bush BTW.

If you think the people are behind Obama's puppet seat you are dangerously naive.

    You ain't lying.

Sometimes I wonder why black leaders use phrases like "people of color" to describe people that hate us as much if not more than White folks.

I'd say the people elected obama, but the media "green lighted" it. There were plenty of missteps in obama's 08 campaign that they could've pounced on to take away his momentum but they didn't. Back then, obama looked like the "reset" button, a new day both domestically and internationally, so media propelled him in.

I remember in the lead up to the election, when the news was interviewing voters, one wise old lady said "Well, I hope we don't get just another actor". The term "actor" was apt, because it looks like the president - whatever president - is really just the face on a predetermined course of action.

I don't think obama was elected to rile white people tho. lol  The "backlash" is just a side effect. A lot of people prolly thought his election would even solve the race problem
