*Sigh* Why do you give a damn about the opinions of anyone who would judge you or anyone else not on your accomplishments or you as an actual individual period, but on the negative actions of others whose skin color is the same as your own? I have no desire to appease or conform to the standards of anyone of any race who judges me based on the negatives of others who share my skin color. If that's the kind of world you want to be a part of, then you're more than welcomed to it.

I only give a damn about that because I feel like this is a good place for me to run my mouth on, just as hard as I run on my two legs.

Ra, I have read books about Africans Americans and race. If you read these two books posted below, you'll have a better understanding about what myself and other people here are trying to explain. It's not that we're secretly trolling or assuming that Stumper is from racist site. There should be a different side to black people, more than just music, dumb rap lyrics, guns and entertainment. An African American and/or person of an African descent that can make a good invention that everyone could take advantage of would really uplift our race. We should be doing things to make the quality of life better for everyone. That's how we as a race, can get uplifted not just in American society, but globally.

    These are the books:

Reading books doesn't compare to actual LIVING & FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE. When you've actually lived & experienced all this stuff you like to focus on & worry about first hand, then try starting a discussion.

I have lived and have had first hand experience already. It makes sense that I've already started.

Why does it raise your eyebrow? Like I said, the sister wasn't there. She may blame her for the death or not like her, who knows. (why record her?)

BB tried to pull your same nonsense about this story, as well as question the woman who was brutally beaten in the NJ home invasion. WW's accounts are often questioned here, it seems. Far be it for you to rather believe a white woman VICTIM was being truthful that the despicable, cowardly punk Elkins shot her terrified, innocent baby dead in the face, PERHAPS his accomplice WHO WAS THERE robbing her, and who testified in court to what happened, will have more credibility in your eyes................

    Case closed indeed.

Umm Hmm. Then why are you & others of like mind on this site always so quick to dismiss other people's experiences especially when they don't line up with your experiences in favor of beating everyone over the head with your own "experiences" and opinions?

I think that's because it's human nature to do that.

We're seeking "better" for our race. Things were great when I was living in Trinidad. I felt "at home" with the blacks there. Here, it's a different kind of story, where you have to find "certain blacks" that you know you could get along with.

I see. So you believe it's "human nature" to dismiss other people's experience & beat them over the head with your own experiences & opinions on things?

May I point out that you have spent the bulk of your time in this thread directing your posts at me in some attempt to try to "explain reality" to me when I don't need reality explained to me? Your reality is not my reality and vice versa. If you are interacting with more negative black people than positive black people in your day to day life then that's some thing you need to correct, not those of us who see & deal with more positive than negative.

As I've stated repeatedly in this thread, you & anyone else are welcomed to your negative views & opinions of Black Americans, just stop trying to recruit the rest of us to be part of the Naysayers Club when we have made it more than clear we are not interested in joining.

I joined this site because I like to hear myself talk and to run my mouth, I don't take this site that seriously, Ra. Doesn't mean that if someone tells me to leave that I'll do so. They'll have to see me face to face to get me out. Now, regarding race relations. At my university, I could get along with blacks just fine. Not at my high school, however. So it's about 50/50 with how I view blacks.

You take this site seriously enough to beat other people over the head with your views & opinions. Only someone who loves to hear themselves talk as you have finally admitted to does that. Nothing that anyone here didn't already figure out about you to begin with........

It's only in the threads that end up being heated or controversial, such as the threads regarding race relations, guns, education, money, employment, and the thread with the IR movies where black men are jumping black women, then a cutscene goes to the same black men with white women.

Psst...you can stop directing post to me now. You're not saying anything I have any interest in. Not that you ever do post anything I have interest in anyway.......

A man takes a week or two off and comes back to overwhelming troll thread that folks took the bait on. The original poster seems to point why profiling is done which in itself is questionable. People need to start getting a hold on who is planting these threads. They select this on placing a negative light on the black community and then fall back on the old well I'm black and I only care about the black community that's why I focus on it. They want to see black people as some kind of Borg collection. It gets tiring to see this played over and over again. We all know people are individuals. right after they post this article, their participation goes down. Their job of selecting bad articles to make black people look bad is done. I see no controls on these articles. You look in their history and you see it over and over again.

People have to start reporting this.

We use to have a member that would only post items talking about how bad the brits or the aussies are. that was halted quickly but when it comes to black people. It isn't.:smt012

    Mikey,
The stark contrast could not be more clearly delineated........A picture says a thousand words.....No one should have to struggle further to see and understand your point ........

Huh? Go do some research on black inventors and enlighten yourself clown. There have been plenty of Black inventors, scientists, and mathematicians that have impacted this country and the world in a positive and permanent way. Now what the hell have you done??

Co-sign, good grief Mikey are you really insinuating that African Americans have not contributed any inventions of note?
