If I could go back to school and be an OB/GYN I would in a heartbeat!! Everything about pregnancy, labor and delivery absolutely fascinates me. *sigh* Maybe in my next life...I'm too old at this point lol

Crazy cool pics though! To see that precious baby all curled up still, in his (or her) warm little home is just amazing. Truly beautiful.

i dont think many men would do it.

it would break up their marriages.

they wouldnt have sex with their wives because they would be saying "yo honey. no. no. I have been looking at pussy all day. lets wait till saturday"

    1. Get a frying pan
    2. Place newborn on the skillet
    3. Put temperature at 375°F and apply seasoning and grape juice.
    4. Settle on pan until it turns into red butter.
    5. Stir with spatula and turn it over until it turns reddish brown.

    Bon appetit!

I don't blame women. If I were a straight woman, I wouldn't want to be looking up another woman's va jay jay for a career either.

Lol I'm a straight woman and to me it's all fascinating (the ob side, not the gyn side)! As a woman (who's had kids) it's all relatable, so it just draws me in I guess. Interesting, interesting, interesting!!!!

I don't have the same feeling. I've never seen anything that has come out of a person's body as nice to look at. It is either messy or shi...

    I'll just say....

...remember where you came from and how messy that was. You were once a placenta, then a fish, then a possible mistake which turned out to be one hell of an asset.

But I guess biology doesn't really intrigue you in such a fashion anyway.

I bet a lot if guys feel like you do. My kids dad saw nothing beautiful (and was downright grossed out) about childbirth, but guess who was the first one looking down there when it was his child coming into the world lol. It is messy, but when you're in the moment, that way of thinking leaves you and you're just amazed by what's happening. I think many men feel the same as you...sometimes it goes away though when it's your gf/wife in those stirrups

naaa... I just want to be the first person he sees. lol:p

I want to add that some people have this weird what I feel is cannibalistic nature of eating the afterbirth. disgusting.

Yea, that's...different. Childbirth is crazy interesting/beautiful to me, but eating the placenta?? Nooo thx. I mean it's been growing in her body for 9+ months...it can't taste (or smell??) good. But as long as I'm not forced to do it, people can do as they please :)

You know that came from self preservation, its eaten to remove traces for predators, as well as giving back nutrients lost. Animals do it each and every time. It's not cannibalistic. Its selfpreservation. Although not needed in our time. But I would freeze it with the umbilical chord if I had children.
