The 13% I noted is based off the addum information I volunteered to Jaisee (that he didn't ask for).
I was comparing the disparity that when a Black person kills a Black person, they get off 60% of the time.
When a White person kills a Black person, they walk 73% of the time.

Of course you are correct to use the 26% when/if viewed from the disparity when a Black kills a White, versus a White killing a Black.

I agree with you. Every case is different, every defendant and his victim is different along with the scenarios - and all of them reflect why a walk or a conviction number is added.
It would be an interesting examination though, and to keep an open mind that it may provide awareness of facts that we may find surprising, or not.

Yes, because character assassinations only ever happened in this case? Forget about the character assassinations that happen to every woman who claims she was raped.

God forbid George Zimmerman was actually telling the truth. No, that is definitely not a possibility because George Zimmerman is not black, so of course he's a liar and a racist.

Trayvon weighed around 158lb. He was fighting a man that was 200 lbs.
To put this into perspective, he weighed less than the average american woman. He wasn't going to win against a 200 pound man.

Lebron james was 6'1 in 8th grade. Is this really how we make judgement on who is a child and who is an adult? Is there a height requirement to be an adult now?

Even if I accept the fact that he did do this, that would mean that he was a scared child. People don't run if they aren't scared. Also, I can't understand how someone can say it isn't clear and yet decides to use GZ's transcript as the truth.

We are all aware of the prejudice of the media. The media spent how many hours on Casey Anthony. How many people white, black and everything else had been murdered?

I feel that Zimmerman made a call on either race or on how the kid was dressed but I feel that given this guy's record of battery on a police officer and domestic violence on a woman that he is not the guy with a gun to fear a boy.

 

So for the first time, you stayed on track in admitting you read or saw what it entailed... and you essentially reject it because you found no truth in it and because it goes contrary to your thinking........I just found it peculiar that as well crafted as I found it to be, that you personally, never attempted to refute her post directly.......

Sorry,I always question conservative data to make Mr.Z free and justified. I wonder on those stats of Black males minding their own business and being shot dead for no reason by Whites?

 

Just going by the evidence: Trayvon was measured at 5ft 11 and weighed 158 pds,
with an estimation of half his blood lost.

Zimmerman was weighed and measured that same night: 5ft 7 and 175pds.

At his arrest 2 months later, he was measured at 5ft 8 and 200pds.

He definitely profiled Martin, he even said it in his call to 911, telling the dispatcher they has a spate of recent break-ins.

GZ's criminal record was covered in the trial:

* He was charged with 'battery upon an officer' after arguing with a cop who arrested his friend, so the cop arrested GZ. Charge was later reduced to “resisting officer without violence”.

* He and his ex filed co-restraining orders against each other, both were granted.

I don't think he feared him either, otherwise why follow him?
On the 911, he expressed concern to the dispatcher to give his address out because he 'didn't know where (TM) was'.
After that, for 4 minutes we don't know what happened until the 911 calls by others began.

 

What is your malfunction? It's her opinion. I'm not trying to refute or concede anything. Unlike you I'm not in here debating anyone's points or trying to convince anyone that they are right or wrong in their opinions. Go find someone else who actually wants to engage you in this type of discussion because that's not me. Like I said I'm not in here trying to change his or anyone else's mind on anything, but it's clear that's exactly what he's trying to do for whatever reason. It's like he's on some recruitment drive or something.....

 

I always looked at #19 from a different angle, but that's a pretty good point too.
