I posted what I am doing. Twice actually. And I loved and commented on those that offered solutions. I'm just trying to get some with their head up their ass and can only name call to see the folly in their own ignorance. It's a problem in America. And its something that affects us all

I must have missed where you stated what you are doing, if you don't mind please post again. We can agree name calling is not called for by any parties and not conducive to constructive debate. The backlash you are facing (I include myself in that) is that imo you do come across as almost relishing repeatedly posting the negative statistics and painting Black people in a bad light. The issues facing the disadvantaged are not new, they are well known on this site. They have been hundreds of years in the making, and the solutions will not come without a lot of hard work and change on multiple fronts. Take it from someone who has been here for a long time, everyone, even those who are calling you names, are WELL aware that personal responsibility is key to advancement in life and will go a long way in solving the ills facing the disenfranchised.

If you are genuine in your quest to raise awareness on this issue, perhaps more in depth threads, full of links showing the GOOD and PROGRESS that has been/is being made, and also full of suggestions and encouragement to others to do what they can will be met with more civil and constructive comments.

It's important I mention that I am not fighting just black on black crime. But I am fighting the denial and downplaying of it. The crime/violence is inevitable giving history of slavery/discrimination. But for those of us that know better.....FYI I'm a cop and former mentor

No one is in denial of it or even down playing it but the solution to fix this problem isn't about awareness trust me we are aware. This is a policy and economic problem. Decriminalize soft drugs and bring industry back to cities like Detroit. Why we aren't using the land to build solar energy panels and wind turbines is behind me. We have the need and the technology so why not make it happen?

I didn't list the african countires because I let negroes like you handle that..its your specialty..

America has had ghettos for a while now.....and they have ALWAYS been killing grounds.....they were when the Irish..Jews..and Italians occupied them....as a matter of fact..those groups came to America with a criminal infrastructure already intact.

NOTHING in today's ghetto's are unique....so lets stop pretending they are.

People don't commit crimes because they are Black.....Officer Ruckus..

You don't see Blacks shooting up malls and cinemas..

All groups kill within their own...even your dog knows that.

White immigants shot up the ghettos when they were trapped there...before the WASPS let them into the fold...

you best believe those arent Brothers in russia shooting up the place..

White ghetto's produced criminals we still recognize by name 80 years later.

    Dutch Shultz(Arthur Fleggenhimer) Mayer Lanski...Bugsy Siegal...Legs Diamond...Al Capone...Bugs moran...Lucky Luciano...Frank Nitti...Lefky Buchholder...Pretty Boy Floyd...John Dillanger...Murder Inc...ect ect ect..

Those people didn't come from a healthy enviroment..

Look at the gangster films from the 30's...

James Cagney..Paul Muni and George Raft sure as hell weren't portraying Brothers..

    Strange ain't it??

No hip hop in sight yet they managed to kill one another and pimp their own women from Tel-Aviv to Timbuktu...

And they did it without society calling into question their 'race' as a reason for their criminality.

Quite true. But having rappers who glorify much of what is wrong in our society doesn't help in the quest to put positive role models in front of our young kids.
