I think Jaisee is one of the most thoughtful and insightful posters on this board...all you need to do is read one of his posts to see that he is a peaceful man who only wants the black community to stand together as a whole and improve your lives in a country that obviously hasn't shaken the shackles of her history.

 

Double jeopardy would apply to murder charges, I believe the possibility of a hate crime charge is being examined.

They can charge him with violating Trayvon's civil rights. Even if you don't think Zimmerman is guilty of murder, it's hard to deny that he violated Trayvon's rights.

See I made a post about the media, and the media coverage of this case, and how abhorrent it was in many instances. One such instance was the graphic that was played over and over of a fully adult Z in a terrible picture next to a twelve year old Martin in a Hollister shirt.

I'm sure even yourself, can see the disconnect in that graphic. I was posting a reverse of that picture, to show how absolutely ridiculous it was.

 

Can we just stop all this in-fighting? Please?

I wasn't addressing anyone in particular. It's hard to watch people who should be standing in solidarity with each other, instead, fighting against each other, regardless of the topic.

 

I believe this. Hopefully the Feds decide to choose this route and make this kind of conviction against Zimmerman. Justice could still be served this way, lets see what Zimmerman's defense would do then.

 

Ali. More of us here see & know what the deal is with said individual & others of like mind on this site. We let them have their say here until they cross the line.
