I don't mean crazy ass behavior. I mean outrage that the legal system in Florida failed ANOTHER child.

    Are they even human there?

Where the hell do you find 6 mothers who let him walk when he went after the defenseless teenager?
The only way in which Trayvons response to murderer was important in this case is that Trayvon was being INTENTIONAL menaced by him and choose to fight back.
The other only important factor in the case was the fact that BECAUSE of Georgie Porgie puddin pies actions Trayvon is dead.

The rest is just fodder for the wanks over at Fox News and the racist site trolls who come here to jizz all over the screen with their racist hate.

    Ugh.

I'm beyond disgusted with these "mothers"

May they never lose their child.
And if they do..may it never be like this.

As far as douchewaffle supreme asshat is concerned.. FG hit that right out of the park.

I am glad that I am right. If I was wrong then my decision on my first and only jury would have been completely wrong.

Sure is and I want blacks to seriously think about our place here. Its not healthy the way things are going and maybe those of who can should leave. Just let the racists have it all because little do they know this shit isn't about race anymore its about class and maybe a few decades of being treated like shit because of how you were born may be the only way to change things.

Ok. But I explained this and a wording choice already.
I guess I should have typed "as good as" first.

How many years have you spent in prison because you shot someone?

    That's what I though.

I was less worried that you were right or wrong. to be honest my decision on the last jury was based on this. If I was wrong then that would mean I let a man that I felt was guilty about slapping a woman in the face off the hook. Yes, he is still off the hook but my saving grace is that I had no proof that he did it.

Race and class go hand and hand.

If you are a black male walking around Florida, what is to stop some racist from accosting you, provoking a situation and then putting a bullet in you and claim self defense.

If I lived in Florida I would go get my own weapons permit for a peace of mind, because some redneck might be ready to put a bullet in you and claim, the big, bad, scary black boogie monster threatened my constitution, I had to kill that nigger for my own safety.

Clearly the presentation of Martin as an aggressive, black punk worked on the jury. Never mind who had the gun and who had the skittles.

I wouldn't feel comfortable in certain parts of Florida, every redneck probably thinks its hunting season on niggers in Florida, just invoke stand your ground.

What the fuck is up with Florida and their gun laws.

20 years for firing a warning shot. This must be bizzaro world.

I'll stay my black ass out of Florida, something is off down there with the approach to gun laws and its interpretation.

The issues with the laws in this country are not limited to just Florida, need I remind you of Sean Bell or countless other cases across the country that share the similarities with this one? Time and time again, we are reminded that a young black life does not equate to a hill of beans in this country, fortunately for America, we as a black community agree with that.

This entire countries political system is screwed up. From the law makers, to the enforcement of the laws to those who interpret and determine punishment of the law. Again, America is fortunate in that we are not a unified community... that would be far too destructive to Americas agenda.

This is not a Florida-specific problem. In most states in this country, an illegal or extrajudicial killing of an unarmed black by a white (law enforcement or regular citizen) results in no punishment for the perpetrator, as opposed to slightly better statistics for black-on-black murder and far higher arrest and conviction rates for black-on-white crime. New York, Missouri, California and a couple of other states have had similar cases in recent memory as well.

    This.

    And this.

I'd substitute "wannabe hero" for "overzealous killer." But either way, that pretty much sums it up.

GZ is innocent and a freeman.

But he will never be actually free.

He will forever live his life in fear not knowing if he is the one being profiled and stalked by someone out for revenge.

He will never be able to hold down a job because no employer will want the heat of having him.

He will have to live in hiding similiar to Casey Anthony.
