Because it's more important to focus on the alleged negatives of Trayvon Martin to show that he instigated the fight. Never mind that the same people also seem to think that young Mr. Martin had no right to defend himself against a stranger in any way. Mental illness doesn't not have impact on mentation...which you may of have been inferring in your post. Mental illness does not make one stupid.
As for the mentality...there are all kinds of mental illness. Illness being the key word there.

"Jackass" is not a mental illness. It is a character flaw that "might" have it's roots in untreated MI.
But to make the assumption that people with MI don't care is wrong and I call bs.

I was addressing Post #587 that was made by him. He believed that they didn't really like their skin and their blackness and black women. Which is partially why he believes that they fervently support the defendant.

I'd recommend they'd call them out anyway because it's a forum and it doesn't mean anything serious or life altering. If our POV's aren't right, what do you think about the jury's POV about the case? People are even asking, "Is George Zimmerman racist?" What POV should we display?

 

Doesn't matter what anyone's POV on this is at the end of the day. A 17 year old young man is dead and no one's POV on how & why he was killed will bring him back.

 

Well - do you think we would lose anyway? We have research articles and studies that basically say Americans (as a whole) are "tired" of black people. The same could probably apply towards Asian men too because they have to go through social stigmatization/social stigma as well.

no, it isn't bad for everyone. You are not putting this into context. The maker of this law specifically stated that it was not intended to be used in this purpose(zimmerman vs Martin). The reason this law was placed in was to stop robbers from suing the people who they robbed. We sue like crazy in Florida. If you remove that law, the robbers will sue the guy who they robbed. They simply need to state that this does not apply in public domains which it was never intended to be applied to public domain. Zimmerman was out of his car when this stuff happened. He is drawing straws here.

I wouldn't read too much into it just yet, only because they got the case late afternoon and they go back to their rooms I think at 5ish?

But also...
Sometimes Juries have already decided and will wait it out for a bit ... but most likely they took a vote and have opposing votes, in which case they will be in it for the long the haul. I'm feeling Monday they will make a decision...

I bet Vegas have wagers going on this.... :?
