I can't rep you girl, and I'm sure you got plenty of it from others for this post, but here's my love for you and this post, especially the bold. That's been my stance from the get-go and we can debate all day every day, but it all goes back to this fundamental truth. Great post!! :smt023:smt023

I really hate injecting myself into this long, downtrodden case, but here's a food for thought...

...there's a strong possibility that Zimmerman could be lying his ass off regarding his [lack of] training. Even if you took one week of MMA training, you'd have some knowledge on the basics on how to strike your opponent down. He took one year of it continuously and he went from a 1 to a scale of 10, which shows that he's fairly proficient in his self-defense.

He was in good shape, really solid shape, based on the videos. It wasn't until he stepped into the courts that we saw him gain a few pounds. But for some reason, selective memory often skews the person's so-called objective nature and instead inclined to still see this person as a victim.

Does this look like a pudgy fuck to you?

I'm absolutely ashamed of myself that I can look objectively at a situation, look at both sides and come to a conclusion based on EVIDENCE AND FACTS, regardless of color.

Meanwhile, 219 Trayvon Martins have been killed and 1,000 other individuals have been wounded in Chicago this year. Have a nice day.

Then you are in denial. Either that or I've somehow whipped a piece of your memory back into reality and you remain in a bubble.

Yeah, Zimmerman was in solid shape.

You go ahead and be ashamed of yourself, sweetheart. The truth is just as Tam said it. GZ brought this on himself. He was instructed to remain in his vehicle and not approach Trayvon. And as a NHW member, he is instructed not to carry a weapon, much less use one, even if he has a permit to carry. He defied those instructions/rules and a young man died because of it. Race doesn't even need to play into it. GZ wanted to be a hero, plain and simple.

lol, I always love this line. NO HE WASN'T. He was told by the dispatcher,

"We don't need you to do that."

There's a difference. But the facts won't change what you believe going into the case.

You want to play semantics? So those exact words weren't used. But what part of "We don't need you to do that?" is questionable?!! You want to discredit the whole thing because he was speaking to a 911 operator? (If I recall, I read that he spoke to a police dispatcher, not a 911 operator.)

If you had a medical emergency and called 911 and were given instructions to help someone until paramedics could reach you or the victim, would you try to be a cowboy and do your own thing, or would you listen to the 911 operator and FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS?

You deserve your reputation points. Sadly, I cannot grant them since I need to spread the love first.

And the last bit alone should have been a dead giveaway as to what should be followed.

    Read.my.last.paragraph.again.

But nonetheless, he was not talking to a 911 operator. The link below (full transcript of GZ's call) indicates he was talking to the Sanford police dispatcher:

    http://www.documentcloud.org/documents/326700-full-transcript-zimmerman.html

Again, what part of "We don't need you to do that" is not understood??!!!

So why call them. He did not wait for the COPS anyway. So what the hell was his point calling to speak to a police dispatcher.

INTENT is a major factor when it comes down to the law. Obviously he did not INTEND on sworn offers to be present when he engaged TM. So why did he want to get the COPS there at all?? To do paper work after the fact?? Thats some arrogant shit considering that it turns out that GZ could not do a better job than the COPS anyway. WHAT LAW DID GZ ENFORCE BY ENGAGING TM?? What did he accomplish??

You're just arguing for the sake of arguing. If you're in an accident or you witness an accident and you call 911 and you're told to stay on the scene, will you do what you want or will you follow instructions and stay on the scene?!

You better hope I don't come across you lying in the street, bleeding. I won't call 911, because according to you, they have no authority to help me help you. I needn't listen to what they say. :smt012

    Lol.

And do tell me what authority does George Zimmerman have again to go out and hunt and kill unarmed black kids?

    He was holding a PHONE
    SKITTLES
    ICE TEA

Zimmerman was holding A LOADED WEAPON of DEADLY FORCE

So before you want to ask such asinine questions and in a way that's very condescending, perhaps you should start with what authority Zimmerman had.
It's a less mind numbingly stupid question.

You know what you should do PANIRO?

You should write a little letter of your FEELINGS ON THE MATTER to Trayvons parents. Maybe throw in an extra one for his brother.
Also while you're at it, write a little of how you FEEL Zimmerman broke no LAW I'm sure he'd dedicate his best selling bio to you. And all the other dumb fucks out there who lack any kind of logical coherency.

    Oh, wait.

    To paraphrase you:
    FUCK FEELINGS!

You and good 'ole zimmy would get on smashingly with that piss poor attitude.
