I understand, but moderators deserve respect for their position as moderator, whether he/she is personally liked or respected. But if not given, then perhaps it's due to the bolded reason.

 

It's not just the conservatives that lash out, my dear. In fact, most of this forum is liberal - and there's been a whole lotta lashing out around here as long as I've been here...can't only be us conservatives.

 

I agree with you, however it would be disingenuous of us to ignore unfavorable facts from the other side, then we look silly, particularly when the Defense puts on its case and some of this may come out. We know Trayvon got into trouble at school, it's why his mother sent him to stay with his dad, because of his suspension. His older brother Stephen apparently also got on Tray in a tweet 5 days before his death, for taking a swing at a bus driver.

If we think his Defense aren't going to attempt call these witnesses, we may be in a rude awakening. U cant deny ANY history of physical altercations if there were some, then have the Defense attempt to ambush...u have to preemptively acknowledge and explain them. You actually say it well - like you say many kids get into scuffles. Andreboba said he also might take a swing in the same situation, too. And like I asked Arch, are u gonna turn your back on someone following u - hell no, he had the kid cornered. Fight or flight, right?

So even if(assuming) Tray did take a swing, it's ONLY because he was ambushed by Zimmerman. The jury need to understand, the kid was terrified...and impressed upon to understand the fear a Black teen may feel if a larger WM is obviously tailing him! That every punch Tray threw was in self-defense, whether he threw the first one, or the last one, or the most ones. He was fighting for his life. Not Zimmerman.

C'mon man, seriously. Trayvon was the frightened one.. how could he not be? He wasn't from that neighborhood! But GZ lived there. Who was the more comfortable?
GZ had a gun, Trayvon didn't. He had skittles, a drink his cell and $40 in his pocket. Maybe he felt he was about to be robbed by GZ? BM get stuck up all the time.

GZ wasn't frightened. He was too juiced on his own adrenalin that he was about to possibly make a citizens arrest to hand over to the cops (aren't I amazing police, I want to be one of you one day, you know), and be the local hero on the block which would solidify his delusions of superhero NHW captain.

Women that have your background are always a bag of fun. You without a doubt understand what I was getting at. Guys are often rough with their friends growing up so certainly they are that much rougher with those they dislike.

Last I checked Martin never assaulted a cop and beat up a woman.
