hey dude selene just came up. the neighborhood watch super was this morning and then the crime scene tech. so you are full of shit. Im watching it now.

if you are saying the N.S. was ripped into then you are waaay off. she did massive damage to the defense because she told them that the handbook was given to GZ and in it it stated not to follow, or engage any person who is uspicious. she told them that was told by her during training not to follow or engage the suspicious person.the only thing that favored GZ was that she stated he seemed like a nice and meek person.

so tell me how would he engage someone without following?

the crime tech. what did she get ripped on ...tell me?

the neighbor.....who cares.....they have GZ saying Im following him. they have him saying he is going after him. on and on. this guy is also a known liar....lied at the bond hearing about how much he had and ect. he has been busted for domestic violence., resistance of arrest. hhhmmm.

he dont know. from what I have been seeing they had three. the crime scene tech, the N.S. and the neighbor/witness. (the only thing they may have her on is an inaccuracy of semantics...meaning she dont know if the movement she heard went from left to right).

LOL and you don't EITHER! You don't even know what fucking year it is bro. You don't even know how the fuck to read a date in a web address, or on a webpage, or remember that you COMMENTED ON THE SAME ARTICLE A YEAR EARLIER!

What do I think happened? I think Zimmerman got out of his car, based on the knowledge of previous break ins in the neighborhood, followed someone he thought was suspicious, a confrontation happened, both got scared, a fight broke out, and tragically Zimmerman overreacted and shot Martin in a struggle. I believe he is guilty of manslaughter, 10 years in prison. This case has nothing to do with RACE and certainly does not have 2nd degree murder on it.

This testimony is what I was referring to...only "Dejavu Goodlove" doesn't think this is relevant at all. Anyone with a functioning brain can sense how bad this looks for the prosecution, however.

is that all you got? negroe please. so the fuck what? she will be on the witness stand with so much baggage it sad.

hell and you saying only two witnesses were on the stand and they got ripped. really? one there was three. two there was the crime scene tech. last was the neighbor.

you had photos of tray weighing in at 158 and zim over 200 with a gun versus skittles and a loaded can of ice tea. its not looking good for zim. commentators were crying saying "this is a child. look at him. a baby face kid. we didnt know this"

is the neighbor a set back....a little. she is not compelling.

what you dont want to tell is that he was lying face down on the ground when found. no blood on him. no marks on his hands and or knuckles .

how is this guy is in imminenat danger if he get out of his car and round the corner in the court yard why arent they near the street if tray came after him.

why was tray ear buds still in his head when they found him dead?

hwo can yoiu be in a serious fight for you life and not be able to knock the ear buds out the dudes head

correction: the earbuds were arms length away. but explain the other stuff.

explain why would this dude knowing the neigh-watch guide states u r not to follow....follow tray and get the benefit of the doubt?

I'm going to resign from this thread. I don't even know what the hell you just wrote, but I didn't understand a word of it. I'll be back when the verdict comes down...

I find it very telling that he was found with his hands on his chest, head down. if it was an accident for one. You would try to do something to save him our check if he wss breathing etc. also, if there was an altercation with tm on top, and the gun went off and gz pushed him of. How did tm end up face down with his hands across his chest face down?

You can't say this case had nothing to do with race fam. The way the police handled it had a strong racial bias to it. 44 days without a charge on a shooting? Come on does that sound right? And since when do you get to shoot someone dead and go home the same night without any kind of investigation or bail hearing. They were ready to throw this boy's body away like it was trash if not for the media and facebook. I agree this is probably more of a manslaughter case than a murder 2 case unless the prosecution can present previous racial bias on Zimmerman's part as well as a history of violence.

The prosecution will get Zimmerman on 2nd degree murder if they can show his state of mind/intent the night he killed Trayvon.

That's why they wanted the previous 911 calls Zimmerman made admitted into evidence, to show that Zimmerman was pissed off because of previous incidents he reported and no follow up by the cops.
When Zimmerman racially profiled Trayvon, he spoke about him as 'plural', telling the police operator how 'they' always get away.

If the prosecution can argue Zimmerman's intent that night was to make 'them' pay for the break ins, and 'them' in this case, or in Zimmmerman's crazy head was Trayvon, there's a chance with a normal jury he'd be convicted of 2nd degree murder.

i agree with u on everything. they overcharged the scumbag. its very hard to get in someones head excluding iggy and stumper...u know what they are. however, the 911 call with him say those punks always get away with it. to me (try to be objective and doubtful) that says it all or it should be

well good news. they are allowing zimmermans past fone calls to the police. i would want his past relationships in also such as the domestic violence and arrest record where he got into a fight with a cop. this is to show violent tendencies

Holy dear... I just saw the crime scene photos of Trayvon. :(

That poor child. There is something in your gut that you viscerally feel immediately...and it's that THAT boy was murdered. No doubt at all. :smt085

As the evidence piles up, I think he might actually lose. He isn't going down for first degree though.:smt012
