Two Ex Marines Sentenced In Rape Killing Of Veteran And his wife

Two ex-Marines have received the death penalty for doing something horrible to an Iraq war veteran and his new wife. The men raped and beat the man’s wife right in front of him, tied the couple up and then shot them both in the head.


Sgt. Jan Pietrzak, a 24-year old man, had to watch while his wife, Quiana Jenkins-Pietrzak, was being assaulted by the two men. The 26-year old woman died on the spot, right alongside her new husband.

Emrys John and Tyrone Miller, 23 and 25 years old respectively, were given the death penalty for their roles in the horrible crime. Another man, 25-year old Kevin c*x, was given life in prison with no chance for parole, so his sentence will be nearly as severe as his co-defendants.



All of the men are former Marines who allegedly broke into the couple’s home as part of a robbery plot. Sgt Pietrzak was stationed at Miramar Marine Corps Air Station in San Diego and his wife was a counselor with an infant care program in Riverside County.

They’d just been married for two months when the incident occurred. Police say that the assailants bound and gagged the couple, and then set the scene on fire to destroy the evidence.

 

Here's where I have to agree with some of my right leaning friends. Why the fuck was this not all over the media. I barely heard about this. Had the vet been black and his wife white and all the perps white this would be national news. Smh. Damn shame

 

This was ALL over the news out here (obviously), but I thought there were 4 men?? Maybe I'm not remembering correctly. Regardless, I can't imagine much worse than that woman enduring the rape, her husband being forced to watch, then being shot execution style. Such a terrible realization for the victims families to have to live with, knowing that's how their loved ones young lives ended. :smt085

 

This crime made me ill. Fucking heartbreaking.

 

There's one more suspect, awaiting trial. Absolutely tragic.

 

Anyone think this was racially motivated or this was just three pieces of shit doing horrific things?

 

There is no doubt in my mind that it was racially motivated.

"Anti-miscegenation racial epithets in the form of "Ni**er Lover" were found on the wall near the master bedroom and on a bathroom mirror. While some have claimed this was a misdirection attempt, the graffiti shows that the interracial status of the couple was on their minds."

How is that NOT racially motivated??

 

Both. This is so disturbing on so many levels...the added fact that they were Marines..where is the Semper-Fi brotherhood?
That they taunted this newlywed by raping and beating and shooting his wife.. I can't imagine how helpless he felt and how absolutely terrified she felt. This was just so sinister.

 

So basically they were trying to deceive by pinning it on 'racist white guys' SMH. Cowards to the end!

 

I could believe the misdirection thing though. I could be wrong but it does make sense with how they tried to cover their tracks by burning the place

 

It could've been an intentional misdirection (clearly that was the final decision of the DA), but all the violence (rape, hours of torture) leaves me feeling this was more than just a robbery gone wrong.

 

I don't know there are sick as people in this world. Think about dude who kept all those girls locked in the house in Cleveland. Race had nothing to do with it motherfucker was just a rabid animal who needs to be put down

 

I feel you. There are crazy mofos all over the place, so it's quite possible that in this case 4 of them got together and simply planned a robbery which went incredibly sideways. However, due to the number of racists we have living amongst us, it is also plausible that there was a darker motive than just robbery. Maybe I'm over thinking it, but with all the hate in this crime, it just screams more-than-a-money-thing to me. Just my opinion. We'll probably never know for sure.

 

Usually most guys who do these kinds of crimes want people to know they did it. They wouldn't put all that hate stuff only to burn it down. I could be wrong and like you said we may never know for sure.

 

I'm not so sure about that, I've noticed that a lot of rape crimes that involve white men go unreported on televised news. When they are reported they are almost always ambiguous the first go around. They'll tell you the name and physical description (they don't mention race though) but wait a day or two to actually show a photo.

This was a terrible crime, the perps got exactly the right punishment, bless the victim's souls. I'm also going to repeat myself and say a lot of army white guys have black spouses lol
