yes, but the defense could point to the injuries from zimmerman. He did suffer the worse out of the two(before the gun got involved).

I just have a hard time seeing all of the jury convicting him. If they do, I'll be happy.

Honestly, you can't convict someone on thoughts in their head(possible prejudice due to media sterotypes of black men.) There may be hope if the prosecutor pushes the idea that zimmerman was stalking the kid.

Was there evidence that TM actually hit him like blood on his shirt or is it all hear say from Zimmerman. The most difficult thing about this is the person supposedly responsible is dead.

I recall something about evidence of Tray's knuckles....this was the most basic info on it I could find that they took from an ABC report..

I'm sure this will be hammered in by the Defense.

@ 1st paragraph: You are right, you are allowed to do all those things.

But we don't know if Zimmerman put his hands on Tray or not, that caused Trayvon to defend himself. Like TDK said, with no witnesses, the only person who knows the story too, is dead.

@ 2nd paragraph: True, the defense would object, but the prosecutor can still ask. It will just be struck from the record.

@ 3rd paragraph: But so too were white people exposed. So they are also tainted, no? (none of us can really say which way, either - for any race)
I would think also, women would relate to Trayvon's fear, not to Zimmerman's following. His stalking is every woman's fear, first. As a woman, I'd rather PASS a Black teen with skittles the street, than have a WM FOLLOW me.

If im a juror and read this (most people would have known bout them lying about the money prior to this because it was reported).....they will say he is a liar. If he lied about this small thing surely he lied about shooting someone. Iggy i mean david duke i mean stumper will cosign zimmerman regardless

Just see your way out of this thread dude....anything that involves complex ideas, cognitive exercise and critical thinking is not your strong suit. Go back your amazing threads, which include "anal hazing," and "booty packing the jeans."

You think? Hmmm, Not getting the complete vibe Stumper is Iggy...Iggy's vocabulary range was *sniff* limited. But he certainly could be...Speaking of which, I did fleetingly get the vibe that new Pheonix dude might be Iggy. Meh, who knows. Iggy's profiler is no doubt on the case!

Goodlove my good man, this is not 'the latest" on Zimmerman". It is one year old news, did you forget?
In fact, the date is right there in your own link, JUNE 2012. Your 'BREAKING NEWS" source can not be behind one year, mate, c'mon! :?
(btw, you did this before, posting as new, a yr-old "GOP-IR vote" story thread I had previously made, and you had even replied 5x in).

Apparently like with that one, you forgot you replied to it, lol.

    TRAYVON thread:
    Your reply
    Time to ketchup! :p

With opening arguments to begin tomorrow..

An apparent blow to the Prosecution, it is being said.

It could also be a blow to Zimmerman, since he has insisted it was him screaming. I can see why the judge said neither will testify.

The jury will however, get to hear it so they may be able to decipher. It is their right to interpret the call, no matter whether an expert is allowed to tell them who it is or not. (Recalling the screams, they sounded to me like a terrified almost high-pitched/young voice.)

    Today in testimony....

The prosecution is supposed to be calling witnesses to bolster its case against one, George Zimmerman.

So far, they have called two such witnesses, after which being cross examined, looked more favorable for the DEFENSE, instead the prosecution. One prosecution witness was completely ripped to shreds, and that's to be nice.

The state needs to get it's friggin act together.

The states witness, who is being ripped apart right now, just admitted to liking a "justice4trayvon" group on FB.

Yeah Stumper, tell us who it is, how are we supposed to know? That way if it's a personal witness, it's understandable..Now if it's a professional, then that is questionable/conflict of interest. Unless it's a law enforcement witness, then it's justifiable. Why would they role for the victim's killer, they work for the prosecution.

    Goodlove...

I'm not you and post shit from over a year ago and pretend that it's current and relevant, then proceed to play dumb when I'm called out on it.

I'm talking about the Neighborhood Watch supervisor lady and the Selene Bahadoor...the states first witness who "heard" and "saw" what happened, and was called out on it by the defense. The defense then went on a complete assault and afterwards, she hurt the credibility of the prosecution very, very badly.
