Somehow, I believe this woman is TRYING to get herself more 3 hots and a cot, but no one is listening! So one day she will up the ante, and THEN all the politicos and media will point fingers at the effed up legal system. What an absolute waste of Judicial resources, and what an absolute joke this story is. Pathetic when you think that some cities are bringing back Debtors jail. Can't pay your bill? Off to jail. That is really happening. While this woman moons - no fucks- the Legal System. :?

LOL. you know good and well she has mental problems......lighten up whose mental capacity needs to be questioned......the judges and the DA's...when would they realize she had issues. I think after the 10 arrest the bells should have sounded
At least someone is offering her some help now, plus 396 is not that bad considering the fact she's been knocking it up since the 70s. I don't think prostitution laws should be enforced against the prostitute either (but definitely against pimps), no woman wants to sell her bits and pieces on the street, they need to be put on drug programmes or if drugs isn't what drags them onto the streets some help to build a sustainable life. I should imagine she's turned to burglary when she got to old to attract a punter. Hopefully things get better for her
