As a Londoner this story saddened and shocked me. I just don't know how anyone can start life as a normal polite kid and then grow up to commit such horrors. The info we are getting about his childhood suggests he was a friendly, fun-loving, and caring kid. His ex-girlfriend says much the same. Link to her story below.
