When Mark Hamill played The Trickster in The Flash tv show, I thought he did a good job. On some occasions, a little of The Joker did come out(especially when he laughed). Kevin Conroy will probably live and die as the voice of Batman.
'X-BOX ONE' kind of weird name. Looks kind of bulky too. But all that matters are the games, which they will unveil at the E3 game convention.
This is my YouTube video of my personal choices for any future Death Battles. I don't think there's a need for me to actually list them as the video itself will show and it will also contain why I chose them based on similarities and/or differences between one another. All names are weird until they become gamer recognized and once it's out with the games. It does seem confusing more than weird though, but I do get the reference as why the One is used. The games will be shown and from what I can see...it will contain plenty of exclusives in the first few months of the launch date.
It's called one because it incorporates all devices for the ultimate smart tv experience. Watch the hour and twenty one minute reveal and you will see why.
I already knew that actually. I wouldn't say protective, otherwise he would be portraying the Joker in pretty much all forms of DC media and not just a certain ones.
This is what gets me a bit upset. Between comic books and pro sports there are fewer things that are more male oriented. Yet when they are trying to spread awareness of cancer with these clever little ads, men centric cancers are always ignored.
I think that crap happened because most of the more prominent black superheroes were created during the 1970's Black Power era and primarily by white writers & artists. Black Panther, Black Lightning & Black Goliath (later to be renamed Giant Man II) are the three most prominent to fall under this box although Black Panther was created in the 60's & actually named after the jungle cat and more often is referred to as simply the Panther or T'Challa especially after the Black Panther Party came into the national spotlight back in the days.
Quicksilver in both Avengers 2 & X-Men Days of Future Past??? Info taken from Newsarama.com : In an interesting twist, sometime since tweeting news Thursday afternoon of his casting of actor Evan Peters as Quicksilver in the currently in-production X-Men: Days of Future Past, director Bryan Singer has edited his tweet. The tweet originally read: "Before he was an #Avenger, he was just a REALLY fast kid. Thrilled to say #EvanPeters is joining #XMen #DaysOfFuturePast as #Quicksilver," launching a media scramble speculating on what this means for Avengers 2, given its director Joss Whedon also recently revealed his intention to write Quicksilver and his sister the Scarlet Witch into the 2015 sequel (see the original story below for details). As of Friday morning Singer's tweet now reads, simply: "Thrilled to say #EvanPeters is joining #XMen #DaysOfFuturePast as #Quicksilver." Original Story that came out onThursday: The way he phrases the tweet, we can speculate there could have been an agreement made, that Fox would get to use Quicksilver as a younger character, perhaps in the past scenes, while Marvel Studios could use an older, more adult version of the character. Due to their unique nature, however, it is possible the same actors could play these two characters in both franchises - just without any direct reference to the other in the film. The late addition, X-Men Days of Future Past is on its fourth day of filming, is notable as well. As we previously reported, Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch are a strange, unique case, where both studios have the rights to the characters, as they are both mutants (and the children of Magneto), and also longtime Avengers. As Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige said last year, "They're uh - It’s a little complicated, but if they want to use them in an X-Men movie they could, and if we want to use them in an Avengers movie we could. They're unique." Evan Peters is a 26 year-old actor best known to comic book fans as "Todd," one of Dave's friends in Kick-Ass or in his role on the genre TV series American Horror Story. More as this story develops.
Make an ad involving Superman, Batman, Darkseid, Thanos, The Hulk and others going to get their prostate exam. I'm sure all the males would be thrilled to see something like that with their beloved characters.
Male cancer awareness isn't a joke. Prostate cancer is one of the leading killers of Black men. And it is a crying shame that institutions that have a large male following, (comic books, NFL, etc.) don't make the same effort to educate men of cancer dangers, as they do women.
I remember a scene in the show Robot Chicken where Optimus Prime becomes very ill. The medical Autobot(I forgot his name) gives Optimus the bad news; Optimus has cancer and he was going to die. Optimus dies, but returns to life and advises the viewers to get checked. I'd say it was a sincere attempt by Seth Greene and the others on Robot Chicken.
In the mid-90's, there was a new black superhero named Icon. His story was patterned after Superman's, but it takes place on Earth.
It's not a joke, you're right and prostate cancer is a problem regardless of race. My point is that most males don't like the idea of certain messages, political or not, invading their beloved entertainment mediums. It's sad, but it's the reality.
