A lesbian couple can't cohabitate, a Texas judge ruled, because one woman's divorce settlement bars overnight guests except spouses — and the lesbian couple can't marry in Texas.

Would you ask the judge to allow that your ex be able to have their gay lover sleep over/move in?

Whether gay, straight, or bisexual, they should have the right to move in or sleep over. The tricky part would be the children and whether the children would be perfectly fine with it.

I had an uncle who used to live in Texas. He lived in a mixed suburb outside Houston. He loved it there. I have to see Texas one day. As for the lesbian couple, they have to move in together, in another state. They should move to Florida or California. Or Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
