I work across the street from a convenience store and I see people there every day buying lottery tix. Now, it wouldn't be the same as winning big, but imagine if they'd save that money for a year....some spend up to $20 a day on lottery tix!!!

    im just saying

from personal experience, success on any level happens as a result of simply wanting more

whats the point of making more money if you do not feel the need or desire to spend it?

    it becomes useless

There is something insane about needing the lotto to purchase a home in the state you live in. I really can't wait for people to wake the fuck up. This lotto shit keeps people ok with the fact that we are all getting screwed but as long as some people have the hope of leaving all us little people behind they allow that shit to happen. Smh

There are plenty of people out here buying houses every day without the lotto. Depends on where in the state you choose to live/buy. Where I live in SD, I just don't see how it'll ever be a reality for me...my lotto comment was a joke though, I don't play. I don't think the lotto "keeps people ok with the fact that were all getting screwed" though. C'mon now...most people play casually and just like to dream of winning big so they can provide for their friends and family. It's not some deep-seated desire to "leave the little people behind"...hell if I played and won, my money would be spent helping people get ahead. When I hear people talk about winning, it's always about what they'd be able to do for others (buy a home, pay off debt, spend more time together because they would be out of the rat race).

Just as a side comment,,,,,,,,,, I randomly purchased a lotto ticket and got lucky,,, I won division 2... I have probably only ever purchased four tickets in my life.... so it can happen for others.. Just sayin..
