I hate neckholders because they give me a headache after a while.

Lol at neck holders!!! Ive never heard it called that before! Running after two kids, I love the halter style because I don't have to fiddle with keeping the straps up. However, I was looking online at Nordstrom a few months ago and they had some cute ones like you're describing, and they were sold as separates.
