Dallas, TX questions

Hi guys!

I'm in Dallas for the week and on this part of my stay here I'm in a hotel right by the airport, and apparently it's a huge pain in the ass to get out of here. There's some shuttle to Grapevine or whatnot, but it doesn't run until 11am. I dunno.

Anyway, there's a crossfit affiliate out there I'd like to visit tomorrow, so I'm wondering if you know of any other way I can possibly get out there. The concierge told me that it's outrageous to try to take a cab because of the expense, but I'm just wondering if that's true and if you have any other ideas.

At least the second leg of this trip I'll be right in the middle of downtown, so that should be easier. GRR. I hate being trapped!

 

Be careful. I heard of that tornado near Fort Worth so I hope you are safe.

 

I'm good, thanks. Just sick of being stuck in this hotel!

 

Watch out for fire ants and rattlesnakes if you go hiking out on the plains.
